California’s enormous utility company, Pacific Gas & Electric (PCG) declared bankruptcy many months ago. What baffled me is that people were falling all over themselves to buy the stock. I couldn’t understand why people would want to own a piece of a company heading to bankruptcy court, probably for years.
I guess I wasn’t quite as naive as I feared. This company is a wreck.
