How is it that we're seeing aggressive interest rate rises in central and eastern Europe but comparatively little such movement in Asia? ING's Rob Carnell in Singapore has some answers. Sure, inflation isn't as high as in other places and Rob tells us why. And he also explains why Asia's not experiencing anything like the same supply bottlenecks that we're seeing in the rest of the world.
