Thanks to Google (oh, sorry, Alphabet) the NQ broke its uptrend established since the Mnuchin bottom of December 26, 2018.

Looking closer, you can see how this line had, for four months, served as support (see left tint on below chart) but has changed to resistance (see right tint).
