I guess that good feeling that the market had finally let us all know what the probable path was had an expiration date of 12 hours! Wednesday's declines were engulfed by today's rallies.
I guess that good feeling that the market had finally let us all know what the probable path was had an expiration date of 12 hours! Wednesday's declines were engulfed by today's rallies. However, I did shift to one of my "alternate" views and gave the potential paths for tomorrow and what the EW labeling would be in place. Let's see how long this one lasts before getting decimated. It truly does come down to understanding outside of skewed data and rumors what has the power to create a tsunami of sellers or buyers. The answer does lay within the flows - Money, Options, and Gamma. Knowing where those levels sit and is the size medium, large, or super-sized will determine the power of the tsunami and give you clues as to direction and strength. Tomorrow is an options expiration - there isn't any economic data due to be reported.

CFTC Rule 4.41 – Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
