Mersana Therapeutics Inc. (Pending:MRSN) expects to raise $67.5 million in its upcoming IPO ($78.0 million if underwriters exercise their option to purchase additional shares). If the underwriters price the IPO at the midpoint of the $14-$16 range, MRSN will have a market capitalization of $350.9 million.
