Germany passed legislation last Friday legalizing the sale of cannabis, which sparked a 66% surge in Canadian cannabis LP stocks last week (see here) and to a lesser extent in American cannabis MSO stocks with the 7 constituents in the munKNEE American Cannabis MSO Stocks Index advancing between 5.4% and 14.3% (an average of 8.5%) last week (details below).
