By Timothy D. Naegele[1]
Since his third election as America's President[2], Donald Trump has unleashed a whirlwind of changes, which has "befuddled" those who voted for him each of those times, and his detractors/haters alike.[3] Some of us began as Democrats, but abandoned that party years ago and have been Independents ever since, which is the largest voting bloc in American politics.[4]
Shutting our southern border is an enormous accomplishment unto itself, through which hordes of illegal aliens and drugs like Fentanyl from China have passed. Our northern border is porous and being penetrated, but it is expected that it too will be closed. Perhaps more difficult to assess is the effect of Trump's tariffs on our economy and relations with other countries.
If they are successful, it will represent a sea change in American political and economic fortunes. Still to be reckoned with are the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East; threats from China and Russia; and attacks against us that might end our existence. An EMP Attack might change everything because we are not "hardened," although Trump’s "Golden Dome" would remedy that.[5]
"Tempests in teapots" include Qatar's gift of a 747 aircraft to the Defense Department, which is expected to replace our aging presidential jets until beleaguered Boeing delivers two new jets that were ordered during the first Trump presidency. Also, the appointment of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court was a colossal mistake that will not be repeated.[6][7]

[2] There is little doubt today that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump by "Comatose" Joe Biden and his acolytes.
