Fearing The Flag Chart Pattern

I just noticed something which, for the one or two equity bears that might be left out there, should be worrisome. First, here is an idealized example of a flag:

So let’s take a look at the Russell 2000 since the election………..

Simply stated, if we break that flag to the upside, you can start knitting your Dow 25,000 hats.
