Far Worse Than Watergate, Which Brought Down The Nixon Presidency

The Ides of March may be upon us, politically.[2] The Trump Presidency may be imploding.[3] For those of us who lived through the Watergate era in American politics, the parallels are uncanny. Richard Nixon won reelection to the presidency in a landslide; and then he was gone, in a nanosecond.[4]

If Donald Trump believes his carefully-nurtured ties in New York City and around the country will save him, he may be woefully disillusioned. His support for the Jewish comedian Zelenskyy in Ukraine, and the butcher Netanyahu in the Apartheid state of Israel may come to naught. When the implosion begins—which it has—the rats will be leaving the sinking ship in droves.

Trump’s anger and frustrations will build exponentially. He believes that the Almighty saved him from an assassin's bullet, which may be true. But God may not save his future from the political "gallows" if he has lied to the American people. Jeffrey Epstein embodied the abuse of young woman like no other in recent history; and this "noose" may hang Trump politically.

If there is a political "life preserver" that might come his way, it may be that former President Bill Clinton and other prominent global figures also partook in Epstein's pleasure "escapades." But the focus will be on Trump, and whether he deceived the American people, and most notably his MAGA faithful.

What role if any will Elon Musk play in this developing saga?[5] Stay tuned. Do I gain any personal satisfaction from saying that "I told you so"? I saw this coming.[6] The answer is emphatically no. I want the very best for our nation and all Americans. We have enemies who want to destroy us.
