JPMorgan analyst Doug Anmuth raised his price target for Facebook (FB) to $161 following the social networking giant's Q1 results. Facebook "remains in a class by itself" given its scale, growth and profitability, Anmuth tells investors in a research note.

The analyst points out the company's proposed Class C share structure is nearly identical to what Google (GOOG, GOOGL) implemented a couple years ago. Anmuth reiterates an Overweight rating on Facebook. The stock is trading up around 11%, to $120.75 in the pre-market.
