Pivotal Research analyst Brian Wieser downgraded Facebook (FB) to Sell with an unchanged price target of $140. The social network closed Friday up $2.01 to $172.45.

The shares are not factoring in risks to the company's growth following their "remarkable run" this year, Wieser tells investors in a research note. The recent European Commission ruling on Google (GOOG, GOOGL) Shopping and the agency's approach to dominant companies in general poses a greater risk as Facebook becomes larger, the analyst contends.
