Etsy, the handcrafted goods online marketplace filed for IPO yesterday. It hopes to raise $100 million at around a $2 billion valuation. The company lost $15 million in 2014, up from $800,000 last year - got to love Internet stocks. If it's a successful offering, it would mark yet another major win for NYC tech as it would join the ranks of Tumblr and Foursquare.
