
Monday: The Bank of Japan will release Balance of Payments data, with the Current Account Surplus expected by analysts to moderate to JPY 1103.5 B. In Germany, June Industrial Production data will see light, where analysts are expecting a 0.7% Month over Month gain. In Greece, July’s Consumer Price Index will see light, currently at 0.7% annual deflation.
Tuesday: M2 and M3 Money Supply data will see light in Japan. In China, July’s Consumer and Producer Price Index data will be released, with analysts expecting some moderation of annual inflation, to 1.8%. In the U.K., June’s Industrial Production data will see light. Wholesale Inventories data will be released in the U.S.
Wednesday: June Machine Orders data will be released in Japan – analysts expect a 3.3% month over month increase. July Producer Price Index data will also see light in the country. In the U.S., the weekly MBA Mortgage Applications will see light.
Thursday: The weekly Initial Jobless Claims will be released in the U.S. June’s Forex Reserves data will see light in Russia.
Friday: July Industrial Production data will be released in China. The preliminary estimate for GDP in the Second Quarter will see light in Germany, Italy and the Eurozone as a whole. July’s Producer Price Index will see light in the U.S. The preliminary estimate for August’s University of Michigan’s Consumer Sentiment will also see light.
