How DarwinIA Capital Allocation Works
DarwinIA is the monthly seed capital allocation competition that forms your path to investor capital. It runs across two milestones.
DarwinIA SILVER
Once the system has collected enough data on your strategy, your DARWIN automatically joins SILVER. You compete each month for virtual allocations and earn 15% performance fees on any profits generated. SILVER allocations are maintained for 3 months.
DarwinIA GOLD
After at least 8 months in SILVER with consistent performance and a minimum 20% annual return, your DARWIN moves to GOLD. Here you compete for larger allocations, and your DARWIN opens up to real investor capital. GOLD allocations are maintained for 6 months, and once a DARWIN reaches GOLD it stays open to investors even if it later returns to SILVER.
Guaranteed Allocation
If your DARWIN does not receive any DarwinIA allocation during your first 6 months, a 25,000 euro allocation is automatically invested in your DARWIN the following month for 3 months.

CFDs: 45 euros per month, 420 euros per year, or 1,080 euros for 3 years.
Futures: 50 euros per month, 480 euros per year, or 1,260 euros for 3 years, including a 5 euro monthly market data feed.
Cash Instruments: 45 euros per month, 420 euros per year, or 1,080 euros for 3 years.

Darwinex Zero Performance Fees
You earn 15% of the profits generated on your allocations, while investors take on 100% of the risk.
How Fees Are Split
Investors invest, profits are generated on their funds or seed allocations, Darwinex collects 20% performance fees and 1.2% management fees, and you receive 15% performance fees.
High-Water Mark
Fees use a high-water mark system, so you are only paid on net new profits above your previous peak and never twice on the same gains.
Withdrawals
You can withdraw performance fees from 100 euros at any time. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, with no commission applied on the transfer from Darwinex Zero.

Darwinex Zero is operated by Tradeslide Technologies Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom under company number 14398381.
It is an introducer appointed representative of Tradeslide Trading Tech Ltd, trading as Darwinex, which is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and holds an asset management licence with Europe's CNMV.
Because you trade virtual funds and do not deposit your own capital, the subscription service itself is not a regulated activity. The execution feed of the trading accounts, however, carries the same conditions as the regulated Darwinex broker.
