Ituran Location & Control Ltd (ITRN) was incorporated in 1994 and is headquartered in Azor, Israel.

The company provides location-based telematics services and machine-to-machine telematics products in Israel, Brazil, and internationally.

Three key data points gauge Ituran Location & Control Ltd (or any dividend paying entity):

(1) Price

(2) Dividends

(3) Returns

Those three keys also indicate if any company has made, is making, and will make money.

ITRN Price

Ituran’s single share price increased $4.33 (or over 61%) from $34.94 to $55.26 in the past year, per Wednesday’s opening market report.

Two analysts cover the stock and the median of their one year price targets for ITRN is set to increase $8.24 to $63.50.

However, the past 5 year price history for ITRN reports an average annual gain of $6.60 which I’ll use to calculate returns after I discuss dividends.

ITRN Dividends

ITRN has paid variable annual dividends since April 2004, and paid quarterly since 2012 with the exception of 2020. The most recent payout from April 2026 was $1.50.

ITRN Returns

Putting it all together, as of April 29 a possible gross gain of $9.60 was projected by the $6.60 per share five year averaged annual gain added to a $3.00 dividend.

A little over $1000 invested at ITRN Wednesday’s $55.28 share price would buy 18 shares which multiply the $9.60 gross gain to $173.66 for the coming year, or 17.4%.

One dividend dogcatcher rule is to only buy initial shares of a dividend stock that pay an annual dividend (from $1000 invested) that is more than the cost of a single share.

ITRN’s annual dividend from $1K invested is $109.10, which almost 2 times more than its $55.28  Wednesday AM share price.

The exact track of ITRN’s future share price and dividend will entirely be determined by market action and company finances.

Remember the best way to track stock performance and dividend payments is through direct ownership of company shares.
