Corn Review

Panic buying, driven by short-covering from weather related events, has the majority bullish. The invisible hand, however, is bearish.

Those that view the message of the market on daily basis are likely confused by trading noise. While trading noise contributes to the long-term trends, it does not define them. Human behavior tries to explain trading noise as a meaningful trend. This confuses the majority which, in turn, contributes to their role as bagholders of trend transitions.

Panic buying, driven by short-covering from weather related events, has the majority bullish. The invisible hand, however, is bearish. DI = -77% as everyone turned bullish on corn. DI < -60% (minimum = -100%) is a bearish setup. I know it's easy to be bullish corn and wheat right now, but the invisible hand doesn't think much of the rally.
