Natixis Investment Managers has appointed Léa Dunand-Chatellet as the new Chief Executive Officer of Mirova. The company confirmed that Mirova’s Board of Directors approved the appointment. Léa Dunand-Chatellet brings more than two decades of experience in sustainable investing and asset management. She spent over ten years within Natixis Investment Managers. During that period, she worked at both Mirova and DNCA Finance. Her career reflects a strong commitment to responsible investment and sustainable finance.
Throughout her professional journey, she supported several industry initiatives across France. She also contributed to working groups with the AMF, the AFG, and the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty. These roles strengthened her expertise in sustainable investing and regulatory collaboration.

Extensive Experience Strengthens Future Direction
Léa Dunand-Chatellet currently serves as Head of Responsible Investment and ESG Portfolio Manager at DNCA Finance. She began her career in 2005 at Oddo Securities with a focus on extra-financial analysis. She later joined Sycomore Asset Management and led ESG management initiatives. She also developed an early sustainable development integration model before joining Mirova in 2015.
In 2018, she moved to DNCA Finance and created the firm's responsible investment department. She also introduced its first range of sustainable investment funds. These achievements strengthened her reputation within the asset management industry. As a result, she gained broad recognition for advancing responsible investment practices.
Her academic background also reflects strong expertise. She graduated from the École Normale Supérieure and earned an agrégation in Economics and Management. Since 2022, she has served on the AMF’s Climate and Sustainable Finance Commission. She also chairs the AFG’s Responsible Investment Commission. Additionally, she joined the ISR Label Committee in 2024 and teaches responsible investment at leading business schools.
