The Banking Index closed at 71.78 with the 30 day C-RSI at a positive level of +9.09 (a good positive).
The Accelerator was positive but with another down tick and showing stress. The Timing Indicator was in positive territory with a down tick and showing a downside crossover. Both conditions raise risk levels and are showing "a caution condition".
