Are You A Trumpster?

At first you might be offended by such a suggestion.  You may be a dyed-in-the-wool anti-Trumper.  I met such a person when Donald Trump was running for the presidency in 2016.  She was the wife of a college chum of mine; and her welcoming tone changed radically when I mentioned Trump's name.

That was years ago.  Today, please watch the latest cabinet meeting in the White House.[2]  Trump and his cabinet members discussed a myriad of issues, which affect each and every American.  Four years of "Comatose" Joe Biden, and whoever was really running his White House[3], have left us in dire straits.

Predictably, the Democrats and their home-grown lackeys (e.g., judges[4]) are fighting back, trying to stop or at the very least cripple what Trump is doing.  When I left the U.S. Senate, I became an Independent, and have been one ever since.  They are the largest voting bloc in America today.[5]

I vehemently oppose some of Trump's policies[6], even through I voted for him three times: in 2016, 2020 and 2024.  There are no indigenous Americans.  All of our ancestors came from somewhere else.  We are part of the greatest melting pot in human history.[7]  Whatever our origins or ancestry, we are witnesses to the decline of America, which Trump is attempting to reverse.

Our cities are unlivable cesspools of filth and homelessness.  Our roads are in desperate need of repairs.[8]  Deadly drugs have crossed our borders from China and elsewhere, like Fentanyl.  Our schools have taught nonsense, and are not educating our youth.  Artificial Intelligence (or AI) and driverless vehicles may change our lives forever.

Our engagement in foreign wars is madness, as well as government waste.  Our postal service is using antiquated vehicles, which may be demoralizing and dangerous for their drivers and others who encounter them.  Like him or not, Trump is a "fixer" who believes in America's future, and the future of each of us and our progeny.  Never give up hope: we are endowed by our Creator.

Lastly, many of us have known people who were killed senselessly.  This needs to stop.[9]
