Nowadays, color updates for various devices are not as exciting as they once were. However, Apple's 2026 iPhone 17 lineup is breaking that stale trend. Whether you're looking at the base model, Air, or Pro, the brand has overhauled its color selection for the entire line. Standard iPhone 17 Colors
As for the base model, the iPhone 17, one can choose from Black or White, or a variety of new colors such as Lavender, Sage, and Mist Blue, which Apple has dubbed “lively shades.” Lavender is the soft, purple shade of the color family, making a return after several generations. Sage, which is described as a green Apple hasn’t offered before, leads the selection. Mist Blue is described as a muted and versatile hue that works well in most cases.

iPhone 17 Air Colors
The iPhone 17 Air, the new name for the Plus model, includes in its lineup special finishes of Space Black, Cloud White, Light Gold, and Sky Blue. Finishes for the Air lean toward the special and refined to reflect its position over the base models.
Apple iPhone 17 Pro Colors
As for the iPhone 17 Pro line, the biggest changes are on the Pro side. In place of past generations' titanium finishes, the iPhone 17 Pro line has a heat-forged aluminum finish and three colors: Silver, Cosmic Orange, and Deep Blue. The iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPhone 17 Pro have the same color options, unlike their predecessors.
The iPhone 17 Pro line's "hero" color for this year is Cosmic Orange, which is Apple Watch Ultra's Action Button color.
Deep Blue is a sober Dark Blue color and the least colorful option.
Silver is a warmer-toned silver finish compared to their previous designs and is a more classic color choice.
