Monday: March Factory Orders data will see light in Germany.

Tuesday: April Consumer and Producer Price Indices will see light in China. March Industrial Production data will see light in Germany, France and Italy. In Greece, April’s Consumer Price Index data will see light, having recently deteriorated to see a 1.5% annual deflation. In the U.S., March Wholesale Inventories data will see light.

Wednesday: March Industrial Production data will see light in the U.K., with analysts expecting some moderation at the annual deterioration rate of Industry in the country. The Monthly Budget Statement will also be release in the U.S., as will the weekly MBA Mortgage Applications.

Thursday: Balance of Payments data will see light in Japan. In France, the final estimate for April’s CPI will see light. Aggregate Eurozone Industrial Production will also be released. In the U.K., the Bank of England is scheduled to make a rate announcement. In the U.S., the weekly Initial Jobless Claims will see light.

Friday: In Germany, and Spain the final estimate for April’s Consumer Price Index will be released. In Italy, preliminary 1Q GDP data will see light, followed by preliminary 1Q Eurozone GDP. In the U.S., April’s Advance Retail Sales data will be released, as well as the month’s Producer Price Index. The University of Michigan is also expected to release the preliminary Consumer Sentiment Index for May.
