Finally! After nearly a full week before getting a freshly updated number on the reported gold holdings in GLD, we got one this afternoon. Gold holdings fell 2.38 tons from the last reported figure of 805.03 tons. We are now at 802.65 tons of gold reportedly held in GLD.

That is the lowest number since March 17th of this year. In other words, were are at a one month+ low in gold holdings.

Gold is currently garnering buying support down near $1228. Sellers are entering when prices rise into the zone between $1245-$1240.
