The FANG stocks as a group and individually are far from showing us the convincing strength needed to pull the whole market out of trouble. Indeed, one name, in particular, is proving persistently weak.

Ebay Acquiring Companies to Improve User Experience and Conversion
Gil Richards 7/26/2016 5:36:11 PM

Impressed #eBay is being so aggressive with it's acquisitions. They've let #Amazon completely eclipse them when it comes to innovation. $EBAY $AMZN.

Somesh Ramnani 7/21/2016 4:35:37 AM

I agree. $AMZN has stepped up and clearly made itself the top dog in this industry. Their products and services are for more attractive than $EBAY

Can eBay Compete With Amazon?
David Reynolds 7/19/2016 11:21:01 PM

As much as I like #eBay, there's no way they'll every beat #Amazon. Amazon is far more innovative, has better customer service, more buyer protection, a proper review system, and an entire echo system with Echo, Kindle Fire, etc. $AMZN $EBAY

How Did Prime Day Go For Amazon?
Ayelet Wolf 7/13/2016 3:12:40 PM

I'd say it was a major fail from a customer perspective. Coupons codes didn't work items couldn't be added to carts, sales were only so-so. The few items I wanted, I wasn't able to buy. And having to sort through "over 100,000 sale items) that were on sale by a $1 or $2 proved to be very tedious. #PrimeDayFail $AMZN, Inc. Riding High On Prime Day

So true. Would you believe half of American households are now #AmazonPrime Members? $AMZN must be doing something right! #primeday #amazon., Inc. Riding High On Prime Day

While I was also dissapointed in these sales (can't believe I stayed up till 3am), the sale works. Most shoppers aren't so savvy and just assume it's a deal, and buy up a lot of crap they don't need. I'm bullish on $AMZN., Inc. Riding High On Prime Day
Alexa Graham 7/12/2016 2:48:01 PM

While it's true that #Amazon said its #PrimeDay sold more than on Black Friday, most customers were very disappointed and Twitter list up with the #PrimeDayFail hashtag. Honestly, I found this year's offerings to be even more of a let down. $AMZN

United Parcel Service Stock Analysis
Kurt Benson 6/17/2016 4:17:28 AM

Thanks for all your comments. And while you are all correct, I suspect that $AMZN is looking to vertically integrate and become a competing shipping industry. Just as they decided to become their own web hosting company and became a dominant player in that space. I suspect they will not only drop UPS, but will begin to compete with it. That could crush $UPS.
