Date: Sunday, November 15, 2020 10:44 PM EDT

Casino dealers have big shoes to fill. The responsibilities are endless, making it extremely difficult if not impossible to interact with players. Some players feel the same way, especially when there is a lot of money involved. Whatever the case may be, it is possible to have relationships with dealers. But, only on a professional level. What does this mean? It means the relationships between players and dealers should never be personal. The tips provided below will help you build professional, not personal, relationships with your local casino dealers.

Always Be Respectful

Players should never be disrespectful to casino dealers. When you play blackjack, poker, roulette, there is usually a dealer present. It is crucial to never compare land-based casino dealers with those utilized in virtual settings. These are real people you are dealing with, so treat them accordingly.

Unfortunately, way too many players forget the dealer plays an important role in the process. Without a dealer, who would be responsible for shuffling and dealing the cards? Surely, the players would not want to take on this responsibility. It is hard enough to stay focused and make decisions. Being respectful to dealers will make their jobs more satisfying and easier.

Remember, The Dealer Is Not Responsible For Wins Or Losses

If you believe casino dealers decide who wins and losses, you are in a world of hurt. Even when you are playing Dominoqq blackjack or poker, the dealer has nothing to do with the outcome. The dealer is only responsible for overseeing the game and managing the cards, money, and chips.

While wins are great, it is not possible to always walk away with extra cash in your pockets. Losses are just part of the game as difficult as they are to accept. Dealers do not choose which player will walk away with the winnings. Keeping this in mind, a win or loss should not be contributed to the dealer’s performance. If you win, it is because you outperformed your opponents. If you lose, it is because you underpeformed. Yes, it is that simple.

Not All Dealers Are Good At What They Do

As difficult as it may be to believe, casino dealers have unique qualities. Some have better dealing skills while others have better shuffling skills. It is difficult to find a casino dealer who is well-rounded.

If it just happens to be you ended up with a dysfunctional dealer Friday night, you can always ask for a replacement. Many players are not aware of this but it is a fact. Casinos understand not all players and dealers are a match. In fact, they know it is rare to find a good connection between players and dealers. For this reason, you have the option of asking for a replacement dealer.

However, if you opt to go this route, you need to take precautions not to be offensive. Never offend a dealer just because his or her skills are not up to par. The dealer may be fairly new or having problems at home. You just never know what a dealer is dealing with while at work.
