Since 2007 Chris has served as the President of O’Shaughnessy Asset Management. His responsibilities are centered around all things related to our clients and future clients.

Chris and Jim O’Shaughnessy started working together in 1997 at O’Shaughnessy Capital Management. In 2001 the team joined Bear Stearns Asset Management. Chris was a Managing Director/Principal at Bear Stearns Asset Management (BSAM) where he was responsible for the Third-Party Platform/Intermediary business. We grew that business from $500 million to over $25 billion during his tenure. Going way back, from 1994 to 1997, he was a Marketing Manager specializing in retirement plans for Merrill Lynch & Co. He joined Merrill Lynch as a member of the JET program in 1994. Chris worked for his national fraternity - Sigma Phi Epsilon for 12 months upon graduation from Texas Tech.
Chris holds a B.A. in Advertising from Texas Tech University. Chris is a Past President of the Texas Tech Alumni Association National Board and has served on the University’s Endowment Advisory Committee since 2018. He also serves on the board of Summits Education which is focused on running 40 schools in rural areas of Haiti. Chris lives in Greenwich, Connecticut with his wife and is very proud of their four daughters.
