We often forget the Oil Patch butcher's bill, men killed and injured on drilling rigs. At the height of the global drilling frenzy in 2014, it was business as usual. I cataloged some of the worst incidents. There were thousands more that went unreported, routine stuff like losing a hand or an eye.
