Authors Note:
Gain Capital, (Symbol GCAP) has been on my screen since this summer. Not due to bitcoin, but due to the fact that the shares were extremely undervalued. The extreme decline in volatility we have experienced this year left Gain Capital (GCAP) very undervalued. And as a value investor, it was one of the more attractive undervalued situations I saw.
As you can see, the shares were trading below 3X cash flow and 1X book value.
Due to time constraints, I chose to write about another incredibly undervalued stock: Ralph Lauren, Most undervalued Brand in the World, which is up over 49% since the summer.
In spite of some parabolic moves from bitcoin companies, GCAP shares are still undervalued based on earnings, liquidity, p/e, yield, and cash flow.
The shares represent something very attractive in my opinion: a value stock with the potential for exceptional growth due to their advantages in offering bitcoin trading.
