But how do you guys handle losers?
This is a common question many ask of our trading service. What do you do with losing trades? Stop losses are built into all trades, usually limiting damage to 4%-8%. Only one stop loss triggered in the last few months, and that was (NTNX) in May. Sometimes we have a month where two or three ideas do not pan out. Generally speaking those are months where the averages shed 5-10%. To counter that, we offer specific guidance on protective plays. Inverse ETFs (TZA), volatility indices (VXXB), precious metals, and high dividend payers like (T) (PM) etc.
