It just came to me, but within the capital of globanomics, i think we are going to need a Globanomic Supreme Court that can address issues that pop up in relation to the principals, including Love, Reciprocity, Freedom and Subjugation; etc.

This is just an early thought, but it seems like something that would be needed.  The judges would have to be confirmed by a majority of the Globanomic Congress, consisting of fifty percent U.S. and fifty percent international).

Is there a President for the Global Community?  i think there would have to be, but here is where the qualifications regarding competence, love, compassion and understanding comes in because that is the type of leader that is required for Optimum Global Results--somewhat like Biden or Obama even.  It could be an international figure just as well  But i do think we need someone where "the buck stops" even in globanomics.

This, btw, is your new United Nations, with its headquaraters in California with a view of the Pacific.  That place will in effect be The World Capital, just like DC is the capital of the U.S.   The people who live within its confines will have to abide by the rules of the state of California.  Citizens in the World Capital will vote according to their own particular national and state rules.
