Hey,
I'm excited to share with you the new 10-Week Investment Analysis Program, that will start on the 3rd of April - only a week away!
There is a real lack of in-depth investment analysis courses available to us individual investors. Luckily it’s changing, there are now a few creditable beginner courses available, The Investors Podcast by Preston Pysh and Stig Brodersen for instance is one of them. And I recommend you check it out.
To build upon their great work, I have spent time creating a high quality investment analysis program for immediate investors. To cover the relevant topics with requires time. Time to learn and time to practice it.
Here is a brief program outline:
Weeks 1 – 4: Traditional Graham and Dodd Valuation, and Valuation Methodology Used Today.
– Asset Value, Earnings Power Value, to Valuing Growth methodology and beyond.
Week 5: Capital Allocation
– How to identify the strategic financial decisions and transactions, a CEO has at their disposal.
Weeks 6 – 7: Strategy and Competitive Advantages.
– Old Production Business models, New Technology Business models, and their underlying forces. How to identify a company’s competitive Advantages and the Industry in which it operates.
Week 8: Share Market Psychology and Evolution.
– The behaviour of market participants, and from Efficient Market Hypothesis to Complex Adaptive Systems – how the share market evolves over time.
Weeks 9 – 10: Portfolio Management.
– Fundamental approaches to allocating stocks within your portfolio to both reduce risk and maximize returns.
To keep this blog brief I won’t go into detail but if you're interested for more information sign up the email subscription (here) and I’ll email you individual pieces.
In addition to the 10-week program, all participants will be invited to an exclusive Facebook group. Where participants can share investment ideas and meet like-minded people.
The class size is limited to 25 people, and two people have already secured their seat. Use this link to enrol and secure your seat!
Have a great day!
Yours in investing
