Netflix is creating content at a reasonable cost, and content is king these days. Its stock price premium is due to its status as a perennial takeover target.

Also, I'm surprised you mention AT&T but not Verizon on your list. VZ appears to have a lower P/E. I own Verizon so perhaps I'm biased :-)
