Everywhere I Turn

Date: Saturday, December 11, 2021 3:08 PM EDT

I had not intended to blog this afternoon, but i got on my computer to catch up on a few things, and it seemed everywhere i turned all i could hear was discouragement and fear that our country has gone over the edge.

The thing is this:  I do not see this turning around without something like "World Peace" led by the United States because of our financial and economic strength.  Passing the BBB bill is not going to change things.  Telling Americans that the economy is great is not changing anyone's minds.  Inflation has people scared.  Tornadoes through the heartland.  Etc. etc. etc.

This deal with Putin must be made clear.  Ukraine remains free.  Russia gets to join the European Union with the United States blessing with the understanding that Putin is just one of the European and Asian Pacific leaders that act responsible under the wing of the United States.  There will be some who will try to turn it around that Putin made the U.S. crack, but it must be made clear that is not the case.  Putin, himself, should say that is not the case.  Putin can simply say he is bringing the country back home (i.e., with Europe).  All of this--a diplomat can do better wording than i can, but in the end, this deal should make it clear that "World Peace" is the ultimate goal with the intent to turn our swords into plowshares.

The best of the political gurus will see what a "genius" move this is by Biden.  Once this is done, he can talk more about the U.S. economy and what its strength has meant to our negotiating abilities.

I hope you are understanding what i am saying because i hate to keep repeating myself.  At this point, i turn my hopes over to my Talkmarkets followers.
