2. Do its customers pay it over and over in a reliably recurring manner?
3. Does it have one or more economic moat factors to protect the business against competition?

Companies that have none of these we rate RED (avoid).

Companies that have some, we rate YELLOW (somewhat attractive).

And companies that have all 3 are clear GREEN DOT stocks!
