As of March 21, the price of Regular and Premium were down 8 and 5 cents, respectively, from the previous week. According to GasBuddy.com, California has the highest average price for Regular at $5.85 and Oklahoma has the cheapest at $3.76. The WTIC end-of-day spot price closed at 109.97 and is up 6.8 from last week.
