Markets are betting on continued AI sector strength, though inflation and labor market concerns linger. Should today's gains hold, all three major indexes will score a perfect week.

Quantum Computing Inc (Nasdaq: QUBT) is among the most heavily traded stocks in the options pits today, with 223,000 calls and 97,000 puts swapped so far -- 10 times the average daily options volume. The most active contract is the weekly 10/10 25.50-strike call, with positions opening there. QUBT was last seen 26.9% higher to trade at a year-to-date peak of $25.36, and is now pacing for its third-straight daily pop. In the last 12 months, the security has added a whopping 3,398.6%.

Humana Inc (NYSE: HUM) stock is leading the SPX today, up 6% to trade at $272.05 at last check. Today's surge comes after the healthcare concern announced 1.2 million of its members, or roughly 20%, are enrolled Medicare Advantage plans rated 4 stars and above for 2026. HUM is eyeing its best day since July, and is trading back above its 20-day moving average for the first time since its Sept. 9 bear gap. Longer term, shares sport a 12.5% year-over-year lead.

Casino stock Wynn Resorts Ltd (Nasdaq: WYNN) is at the bottom of the SPX, down 6.1% to trade at $125.26 at last glance. The security is succumbing to sector pressure after softer-than-expected travel data to Macau, pacing for its worst day since November as it pulls back from yesterday's four-year high of $134.23. So far this year, WYNN has added more than 45%.
