Small Caps Break To Lifetime Highs
So this just happened………

…..which means it has had an important upside breakout to join the Dow……..

…….and the S&P 500…….

The only difference being that these other big indexes aren’t anywhere close to lifetime highs. Still, hardly anything for the two or three bears remaining on earth to celebrate.
