The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJI) is trading near breakeven this afternoon, while the Nasdaq Composite (IXIC) and S&P 500 Index (SPX) sport gains. Nvidia's (NVDA) rise to a $4 trillion market capitalization -- the first company to ever reach the milestone -- is injecting some optimism into the market amid tariff headwinds. Investor attention is now turning to the release of the Federal Reserve's meeting minutes, which should provide insight into the future of economic policy and interest rates.

Albertsons Companies Inc (NYSE: ACI) stock is attracting unusual options activity today, with 13,000 calls exchanged so far -- 18 times the intraday average volume. Most popular is the July 20 call, while positions are being opened at the January 16, 2026 23-strike call. ACI is flat, last seen at $22.18. The security sports a 12.6% year-to-date lead, but has struggled to conquer the $23 region since a pullback from its April 3, 52-week high of $23.20.

Lennar Corp (NYSE: LEN) is one of the best stocks on the SPX today, last seen up 2.7% to trade $113.38. A ceiling at the $120 level has been capping price action since March, but the $108 level has contained several pullbacks in the past couple of weeks. Lennar stock shed 13.3% so far in 2025.

Hershey Co (NYSE: HSY) is at the bottom of the SPX today, down 4.4% to trade at $162.40 at last glance. Today's tumble comes as investors remain focused on yesterday's news that Chief Executive Officer Michele Buck will retire after seven years, to be replaced by Wendy's (WEN) CEO Kirk Tanner. HSY is pacing for its fourth-straight loss and worst day since March. In the last 12 months, shares dropped 11%.
