Asia Markets: Quick Primer, East Sun Set Mostly Higher
Asian markets closed mostly higher. The MSCI Asian Pacific closed up with 0.7% and is back in the daily bracket while testing its lower extreme for selling.
TOPIX rose by about 0.36% higher with ongoing contraction which might lead the market higher to new highs. The Hang Seng index closed up by about 1%, still recovering from the previous month’s drop.
Europe’s stocks are up with the STOXX 600 towards new record highs by strong earnings and the prospect of a solid economic recovery in this Year.
The recent surge in the U.S Yield to 1.31 pressured the Gold price this month to minus 4% while the precious metal seems to recover by supportive buyers around the lower monthly bracket’s extreme and buying tails. The dollar rose with the yield in the recent days and pressured commodities while testing potentail resistance levels to conclude a possible boost for metals or oil prices.
