The highest scoring names in small cap from 1 year ago (6/17/2013) returned 343  bps more than the MSCI EAFE (EFA), led by BAYRY up 29%, NVS up 26%, and ICLR up 24%.

The average score across our ADR universe is 45.83, slightly lower than the four week moving average score of 46.20.  The average ADR is trading -15.33% below the 52 week high, 2.73% above the 200 dma, has 4.25 days to cover held short, and is expected to post EPS growth of 22.39% next year.

The top scoring ADR sector is utilities (NGG, HNP, SBS, ENI), followed by healthcare (NVO, AZN, PSDV, SHPG, NVS), and services (ICLR, SFL, OMAB, CTRP, SIG, ENL).
