Weekly Report: The Best And Worst In ADRs

The best scoring ADRs from one year ago (2/25/2013) returned 35.81% this past year, 15.10% more than the MSCI EAFE, with 0% turnover.  The top performers have been HIMX up 365%, GA up 103%, TRIB up 60%,  and SIG up 60%.

The average score across our ADR universe is 51.26, above the four week moving average score of 49.07.  The average ADR is trading -16.7% below its 52 week high, 3.60% above its 200 dma, has 3.19 days to cover short, and is expected to see EPS growth of 24.2% next year.
