Today I wanted to find the 5 best small cap stocks that met my criteria. I used Barchart to sort the S&P 600 Small Cap Index stocks first for a Weighted Alpha of 50.00+ or more, then for technical buy signals of 80% or better and lastly for a 50-100 Day MACD Oscillator buy signal. That filtered the 600 stock down to just 11Cash Am.
