S&P 500 continued higher into the opening bell Monday, and then got over temporary setbacks too – market breadth is one thing, QQQ, XLF and HYG another, and stocks were losing their traction into the closing bell. And after a soothing ZION earnings call? No traction then either, and ES low 6,780s proved to be an obstacle to reckon with.
So, can the non-stop run since early Friday continue? Such a cautious close (selling into the close by institutions), doesn't bode well for today. NFLX earnings to the rescue?
