Stock Charts To Watch - Monday, January 11

Blink Charging Co. (BLNK) is a monster stock that continues to push its way upward. Looking at the chart, you can see both the lateral price resistance and falling wedge action on Monday. First, the falling wedge broke, and then lateral resistance popped. It went from a low of 42.13 to the session high at 53.64, finishing with a move up of 8.09, or 18.42%, to 52.00, on 21.8 million shares traded. That is the best volume in about eight sessions. It is looking like it wants to test and/or take out 56, and then run up into the mid to high 60’s.

GameStop Corp. (GME) popped out of its coil of two weeks and went from 17.00 to a session high of 20.65, with a run-up of 2.25, or 12.72%, to 19.94, on 14.8 million shares traded. Now, if it can get up through 22, we should see 25-26 going forward.

Greenlane Holdings, Inc. (GNLN) popped on Monday and took out a 3-day consolidation, running from a low of 5.22, it gained 1.06, or 20.27%, to 6.29, and took it to a session high of 6.65, on 2.65 million shares traded. The volume is the best I have seen on this stock. It is thinly traded, but I think this is the best volume I have seen ever on Greenlane. That is a good sign that it wants to move higher. Although it is at the top of the channel at lateral resistance, if it pushes through here, we might see 8.00 or 9.00 next.

Tilray, Inc. (TLRY), another marijuana stock on our list, popped beautifully on Monday and jumped 1.02, or 9.02%, to 12.33, with a session high of 12.72, on 29.4 million shares traded. If it gets through Monday’s high at 12.72, the next target is 15 1/2-3/4.

SolarWindow Technologies, Inc. (WNDW), if you’ll remember, broke out of a coil last week and has been up six days in a row. On Monday, it had a positive inside day, gaining another 1.71, or 15.56%, to 12.70, with a session high of 658,091 shares traded. There is resistance, but if it gets above 13, it could go vertical to 15, 16, and 17.

On the long side, stocks included Amyris, Inc. (AMRS), Aphria Inc. (APHA), Blink Charging Co. (BLNK), Bionano Genomics, Inc.
