On Thursday, December 14, Costco (COST) announced a special dividend of $15.00 per share. The dividend will be paid on January 12 to shareholders of record on December 28 (ex-dividend date: December 27).
I own 25 shares of COST at an average cost basis of $431.78 per share, so $375.00 will be added to my DivGro portfolio from this special dividend.
