3 MLM Companies That Have Recovered From The Market Crash

The market crash in 2020 has disrupted the operation of various companies. The damage which COVID-19 brought to the whole world can hardly be explained. Everything from major events to unemployment of people has been affected, and we have not even reached the final stage of the virus yet.

MLM companies have been particularly affected by the wave of COVID-19. Not only because it affects product purchase, but also because many fake MLMs tend to sprout in times of adversity. However, time after time, they managed to recover from the market crash. In this article, we will talk about 3 companies that managed to do so in this very hard period.

Amway

Amway is probably the best MLM company that managed to recover from the market crash. Founded in 1959 by Richard DeVos (who died 2 years ago) and Jay Van Andel the company is one of the undisputed world leaders specializing in the development and production of highly efficient and environmentally friendly products necessary and used by humans every day in the household: for washing, cleaning, personal hygiene, etc.

The company's head office is in Ada, Michigan, USA. Some Amway products are manufactured here, and their quality is monitored. More than 90% of products with the Amway brand are developed by researchers and scientists within the enterprise.

Scientists in Amway are helped by the most modern technologies and computer equipment, which greatly accelerate processes and ensure consistent, high-quality products. Our scientific research is highly regarded throughout the world. The research results are described in more than 165 books, many scientific journals, published in periodicals of an industrial and economic nature. Liaison is constantly maintained with more than 75 institutes and 245 advisers, including Stanford University, Harvard University, Japan National Academy, Seoul National University Hospital, Beijing Agricultural Institute, and with the staff of many other universities. Amway currently holds 235 patents and 396 are in the process of qualification.

Amway Corporation is one of the largest companies in the world, selling household and household products, as well as perfumes and cosmetics.

The company's activities are widespread in the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Japan, Australia, and many other countries of the world, and now it operates in Eastern Europe as well - according to 1998 data, Amway Corporation operates in 90 countries. Each year, due to its dynamic development, Amway opens up 2-3 new markets. Today there are more than 90 of them.

In new countries, the Amway product range is increasing gradually so that every distributor can get to know the product well. In countries where the market has been operating for a long time, the range of products includes hundreds and thousands of items.

To date, Amway is the oldest company operating on the Network Marketing system. Amway Corporation is the second-largest privately held firm after Coca Cola. It is noteworthy that Japan, one of the most highly developed countries in the world, is the largest consumer of Amway products; the United States is in second place.

Amway encountered a lot of difficulties and problems during the market crash. In March, the company staggered and prices plummeted. Gradually the company is recovering however it has not reached its maximum potential yet.

Global Technology and Innovation

One of the most notable representatives of the MLM companies that managed to recover during the market crash was Global Technology Innovation. Its resilience against several adversities is something to admire from this MLM so COVID was not too much of a worry. It is a company that offers different financial products to its customers and managed to create 2 crypto tokens.

It also tries to add additional external businesses in order to accept tokens as a form of a deposit and payments. Global Tech also cares a lot about member companies after Covid-19 and all the damages it brought to the whole financial world. The company allows more than 50 thousand members to promote their products via different channels and platforms as long as they accept their tokens as payment.

Every Thursday, companies get the opportunity to promote their businesses which results in additional sales from the community to the community itself. Something that we can all agree it is a very necessary movement due to the financial depression most of the country’s economies are going through.

Global Tech is a type of network marketing company that really cares about its customers and allows them to position themselves with their services. Even though tough changes are some times necessary, Global Tech always has its member’s best interest at heart. The willingness of the company to model itself to new necessities is outstanding.

It will soon also announce cooperation in which a third party business will start accepting tokens as a payment method, this business is not related to the financial services, nor is it another MLM, but this is something everybody can use on their day to day life. Global Tech is also known for always trying to improve its transparent communication. This is something that can always be improved upon and Global Tech will tirelessly keep achieving.

GTI has still not appeared on the stock market yet, however, certain products such as the Digital Asset Portfolio clearly shows the potential of this company in the future and could become a very demanded entity among people who seek new opportunities.

Herbalife (HLF)

And the final MLM company on our list is Herbalife. It also had some difficulties during the COVID-caused market crash but managed to reestablish itself. Herbalife products are primarily presented for weight control cocktails. In addition, the company produces protein bars, teas, aloe concentrate, dietary supplements, isotonic, and personal care products. The company has developed a protein shake Formula 1, based on soy, and used as a complete meal. Production of this drink began in 1980, and by 2015 it became the company's best-selling product, covering about 30% of all sales.

The company's products also include a wide range of dietary supplements, tea and aloe concentrates, skincare products, and the H24 sports nutrition product line.

Herbalife (HLF) manufactures its products at five of its own manufacturing sites in the US and China, as well as on contract manufacturing sites. The production process is based on the control strategy "From the seed planted in the ground to the product on your table" introduced in 2010, which guarantees the traceability of the origin of the ingredients that make up a particular product.

Since 2013, the company has been producing plant extracts in China. The company produces plant extracts from certain varieties of tea, guarana, chamomile, broccoli, and blueberries for further use in production. Before processing, the ingredients undergo a botanical identification procedure and various tests during the production process. The raw materials received at the site are used both at all Herbalife's own production facilities and by the company's partners. In 2015, 58% of the company's food products were released on its sites.

In China, the company's production facilities are located in Suzhou and Nanjing counties. In the United States, the company manufactures products in Lake Forest, California, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Herbalife claims that the effects of its products are confirmed by consumers, the medical community, and government agencies.

If we take a look at the stock charts, we can already notice a significant reduction in prices in March, which was mainly associated with the coronavirus. But after that time, Herbalife showed strength and fully recovered from the crisis.
