Today’s video on the Real Estate Sector (REITs) is another in the continuing series of videos where we are looking for value in each of the 11 major sectors as reported by Standard & Poor’s. This particular video is going to be on the Real Estate Sector, primarily REITs.

Different investments are really appropriate for different strategies. It’s not always about trying to beat the S&P 500. REITs specifically are great income vehicles. They generate a lot of income. In fact, most REITs Chuck is going to show today have all beat the S&P 500 in terms of income. REITs make a lot of sense in a portfolio, especially retirees who are living off their income that their portfolio produces.
