Home sales in the US declined for the ninth consecutive month in October, according to the National Association of Realtors. Sales declined 5.9% from the month prior, marking the slowest pace of home sales since December 2011. Home sales have declined 28.4% YoY and are down to a seasonally adjusted pace of 4.43 million units. Supply remains restricted as there were 1.22 million available units marking a 1% YoY and monthly decline.
