As of September 12, the price of Regular and Premium were down another 6 and 4 cents, respectively, from the previous week. According to GasBuddy.com, Hawaii has the highest average price for Regular at $5.43 and Mississippi has the cheapest at $3.06. The WTIC end-of-day spot price closed at 85.36 and is down 1.7% from last week.
