The Perfect Pullback For Tuesday? Don’t Miss It!

(Video length 00:44:48)

Here we go again – back for the final full week of August!

Bulls wasted no time taking control of these markets today, finishing the session at fresh highs, and giving buyers every reason to be looking for pullback entries on Tuesday…

But where’s the best place to buy the next pullback?  Can I get aggressive?  Do I need to wait for a deep pullback?  How deep?

And what if the price turns sideways or runs higher overnight?  Do I chase it?

Not to worry, I have the roadmap ready for you – don’t miss these setups on Tuesday!

E-Mini S&P (ES):

E-Mini Keys to Success:

  • Range Market = Failures, Rotation & Breakouts
  • Big higher today tells us to anticipate a range overnight and tomorrow morning
  • Strong move higher for the bulls into a trading-range.
  • Buyers will be looking for pullback entries at support levels below the range, along with breakout entries going high tomorrow morning
  • Sellers need to stay patient for either a reversal or signs of exhaustion before they commit to short side trades.

Top 3 Trades for Tomorrow:

  • UP – buy the 2-Try breakout & 123-breakout patterns
  • DOWN – buy the seller failure (or) sell the 123-Reversal
  • SIDEWAYS – sit on hands and wait for a pullback or breakout

E-Mini Nasdaq (NQ):

Nasdaq Keys to Success:

  • Range Market = Failures, Rotation & Breakouts
  • Strong run higher into a new range.
  • Buyers didn’t get much of a pullback today, so we’d expect them to be waiting patiently for buying opportunities below this range, or breakout trades if we continue higher.
  • Sellers have to stay patient for either exhaustion off these highs, or a clear 123-Reversal going lower.

Top 3 Trades for Tomorrow:

  • UP – buy the 2-Try breakout & 123-breakout
  • DOWN – buy the seller failure (or) sell the 123-Reversal
  • SIDEWAYS – Wait for the new range, then buy support levels below it, and breakouts above it.
