Silver blows through $28 ahead of option expiration

While there is still a lot of time in between now and when the silver options expiration process on the COMEX is completed today, it’s getting rather interesting to watch the current trading.

Because while there appears to be a large call option position at the $28 mark, the price is now solidly through that level. This is not to say that it can’t come back down, but it’s worth keeping an eye on.
